Finally releasing the second Phoenix video. This one runs for about 48 minutes, including the ending theme. Like the first one it took a while to get it done, cause while the DVDs look nice at first sight, they had some hidden issues which we had to fix. Though, I’m not going to annoy you with all that, just enjoy the show.

It’s not been very long since we’ve released something, but it’s time to release something again.
At first I was planning on getting the R2 NTSC remaster of Cyber City OEDO808, which sadly appeared to be out of print according to the online shops I’ve tried. So instead, I got this one. It would be nice if someone who has the DVD of OEDO808 could forward an ISO of it to us though, since the R1 DVD just doesn’t do justice to the anime.
Anyway, the master of this one is very good. It’s been cleaned up nicely, a hell lot better than the R1 DVD, which suffers from all kinds of issues.
For those who are afraid that there’s no English dub, there is one in this release even though it wasn’t on the original DVD. It was easy to add to the remastered video, since it only required a delay.

As the old forum was mostly used by spambots, I closed it. The software also has too many features for me so I ended up searching for them when I needed them.
So I installed “minibb”, looks simple, but works. The main forums are “General Questions” and “Help”. These should be enough for now.
Yo, folks. Time for another release, this time it’s “Phoenix: Karma Chapter”, also called “Hi no Tori: Houou Hen”. This film is the first out of three pieces of animation. While this version is a film, the other two are OVAs, which we’ll release too, but not today.
